Company History
ExIntern Gesellschaft für Personal- und Projektmanagement mbH was founded in April 1999.
The idea was to be an “external personnel department” that offered the complete service spectrum in HR management. Our offer was initially centered on a target group of small and medium size companies that did not have their own qualified personnel department. Soon, however, large and international firms numbered among our clients. These needed interim or project-specific support in the form of know-how and resources.
Today ExIntern is a competence center for personnel work for companies of various sizes and industries. We work in the entire range of modern personnel work – as outsourcing partner, in HR projects, and in interim management.
Currently about 15 personnel managers, senior HR specialists, specialists, and assistants are serving our customers.
The Project Management division complements our service portfolio. Here we support and advise firms in the leading and controlling of projects, and we offer project management training and coaching tailor-made to the individual companies’ needs and industry.
Since 2005 ExIntern GmbH is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2000, since 2009, according to
DIN ISO 9001:2008.
