Our procedure:
Together with you we conceptualize and plan the appropriate assessment center for the specific requirements of the position and your company. This way we can jointly identify the observation and evaluation criteria, determine the single components of the assessment center, and discuss the content of each defined task.
Possible components: single presentation, group discussion, team work, roll plays (negotiation / consulting / employee discussion), case study, structured interview (single assessment), and completion of a personality test.
